WELCOME TO TODMORDEN, WEST YORKSHIRE Todmorden is a small Pennine town with a population
of about 12,000 and covering a wide area. The annual boundary walk organised by the Rotary Club is 22 miles long. The picture shows our traditional outdoor
market with the indoor market in the background. The Lancashire/Yorkshire boundary once ran through the centre of the town but we are now wholly in West Yorkshire with a cricket team in the Lancashire
League and a Lancashire post code. St Mary’s (C of E) is in the Diocese of Wakefield and St Joseph’s (RC) is in the Diocese of Salford!
